UMA’s Cleaning System

We usually work in a team of 3 cleaners. Each team has a working supervisor expected to make sure that all tasks are completed. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee so let us know immediately if you have any problems.

Vacuum

-entire carpet areas, detailed edge vacuum, stairs, in/outside of furniture (as needed), vacuum and mop all hardwood floors (we use a product with optical brighteners which really brings out the beauty of all hardwood and flooring)

Dust

-Detailed dusting from top to bottom. Including baseboards, moldings, light switches, ceiling fans, vents etc.

Bathrooms

-Disinfect all areas with hospital grade cleaning solutions. Including; outside of cabinets, sink, toilet, shower, floor etc.

Kitchen

-Disinfect sink, countertops, furniture, woodwork, inside microwave/toaster oven, outside all cabinets and appliances.

Other Details

-Collect all trash and replace with new liners, Windex all glass/mirrors; change bed linens (if bed is stripped and clean sheets are left for us).

**Special Projects (Per Request)

-Inside of ovens and refrigerators, window cleaning or any other requests can be done for the cost of additional time. Make sure that you tell us before your scheduled appointment..
