Commercial Cleaning Packages

1. Basic Commercial Cleaning Program

-The Basic Commercial Cleaning Program consists of vacuuming carpeted floors,

sweeping and mopping of the floors, light dusting of all surfaces, trash

removal, bathroom cleaning –wiping down sinks, mirrors, counters, toilet

fixtures, restocking of paper products, toilet tissue and soap.

Note: Not all of these may pertain to your commercial cleaning details

2. Partial Commercial Cleaning Program

-The Partial Commercial Cleaning Program includes trash removal, basic bathroom

cleaning and spot checking floors in addition to the vacuuming of carpeted

floors, sweeping and mopping of the floors, light dusting of all surfaces, trash

removal, bathroom cleaning- wiping down sinks, mirrors, counters, toilet

fixtures, restocking paper products, toilet tissue and soap.

Note: This is a good package for those who need a commercial cleaning service frequency of 3 days or more per week and who are budget focused.

3. Detailed Commercial Cleaning Program

- The Detailed Commercial Cleaning Program consists of vacuuming carpeted

floors including under all furniture and moveable equipment, sweeping and

mopping of the floors including under all furniture and movable equipment,

lightly dusting all surfaces, trash removal, bathroom cleaning- wiping down

sinks, mirrors, counters, toilet fixtures, wiping down all the walls and

baseboards, restocking of paper products, toilet tissue and soap.
